We provide a private World of Warcraft server for entertainment purposes. This is a fan-made project and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Blizzard Entertainment.

4.2 Consequences

Violation of these rules may result in:

• Warning or mute
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent ban
• Character deletion or rollback
• Loss of donations without refund

5. Donations and Virtual Items

5.1 Nature of Donations

• All payments are voluntary donations to support server costs
• Donations may receive in-game rewards as a thank-you gesture
• Virtual items have NO real-world monetary value
• Donations are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy

5.2 Virtual Currency

• Donation Points (DP) and Vote Points (VP) are virtual currencies
• Points cannot be exchanged for real money
• We reserve the right to adjust point values or rewards
• Points may be removed for Terms violations

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Blizzard Entertainment

World of Warcraft, WoW, Warcraft and Blizzard Entertainment are trademarks or registered trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. in the U.S. and/or other countries. This server is a fan-made project and is not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment.

6.2 Server Content

• Original content created by us (website design, custom features) is our property
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
• User-generated content remains your property but you grant us a license to use it

7. Service Availability

• We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Maintenance windows may require temporary downtime
• We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss
• The server may be discontinued at any time without prior notice

8. User Content and Communication

• You are responsible for all content you create or share
• We reserve the right to monitor and moderate communications
• We may remove content that violates these Terms
• Do not share personal information in public channels

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
